Also Read: Mohanlal’s Vrusshabha Teaser Unveiled, Diwali Release Locked。 泳装主要分为休闲款、日常训练款和专业竞技款等。休闲款面料宽松、吸水量大、水中阻力偏高，适合海边度假、温泉戏水等场景，不适合日常训练。日常训练款简洁贴身，普遍采用高弹抗氯面料，弹力足、不兜水，适配初学者和长期健身游泳人群，性价比较高。专业竞技款适用于专业运动员比赛使用，普通爱好者无需购置。 泳帽分为布质、普通硅胶、软盔、硬盔（钢盔）四大类。选购泳帽务必匹配自身头围尺寸，尺寸过小会持续压迫头皮与太阳穴，长时间佩戴容易出现头部胀痛；尺寸过大则贴合度差，游泳时容易移位、进水、脱落。常规硅胶、软盔泳帽柔韧贴合、密封性好、不勒头、防水效果稳定，适配绝大多数学员日常训练。 泳镜大致分为3种类型。一体式超大框泳镜，视野开阔、佩戴宽松，适合海边游玩、浮潜戏水。左右分体大框泳镜佩戴舒适、对眼眶压迫小，新手适应度高，但镜框结构稳定性不足，在跳水出发、快速游进时容易松动渗水。扁平贴合式小框竞速泳镜贴合眼窝、稳定性强、防水密封好，适合长期训练和各类游泳比赛。 鼻夹可以有效阻隔水流进入鼻腔，帮助初学者克服怕水心理，减少呛水恐惧。但长期依赖鼻夹游泳，会严重干扰口鼻协同换气的基本功建立，不建议长期佩戴。
